You will NOT get a present UNLESS you shut down your healthy emotional process of sacred tears!

Teaching children to shut down their most vital emotional process of tears and crying and the lack of empathy that accompanies doing so is easily one of the most damaging poisons a child and their parents are fed by the Beast.  Not to mention, but I will the parents Love the child but do not want to hear the crying.  Instead of comfort the child receives reprimand for being true to her heart.

Holding in tears will make you sick, angry, full of rage and worse.  Holding back tears made me so emotionally sick I spent years in addiction because of that pain that I did not release from my body.

Self pity doesn’t have the same face as hurt and tears.  Learn the difference.  In AA they teach that basically the only time your allowed to grieve is when some dies.  Then and only then is it socially acceptable.  Guess what? My heart will be the arbiter of my tears not social status quos.  The shutting down of human emotional processes happens in many way by different programming of your mind.  Don’t believe the media of the controllers.   To heal you must allow vulnerability and humility, tears must fall.
