The locust vail is bad enough. But the sting (mark of beast) is far worse. To take the sting and change one’s humanity is to lose the Divine presence of God by committing the one unforgivable sin. “Blasphemy of The Holy Spirit”. If you can repent then God does forgive. But I fear the sting makes a heartfelt repentance impossible. It breaks the connection to the heart by gee gnome deletion. It will remake a man in the image of the beast. Literal beast/animal.
